CAM Facility Services Limited (“CAM”, “we”, “us”) owns and operates this website and is the controller of personal data collected through it. We are a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17314626); our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. This website provides information about the Greenrock Cronus group of companies. We use the Greenrock Cronus name and logo under licence from TRCOEBOR IP 017 (UK) Limited (company number 17041612).

We only collect the information you choose to provide when you contact us — typically your name, email address, organisation and the contents of your message. We also process limited technical data, such as your IP address, where necessary for the security of the website, bot protection and rate limiting. This website does not require you to create an account and does not sell anything.

We use the information you provide to:

• respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
• maintain a record of our communications; and
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request prior to any engagement.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with professional advisers or service providers who support our operations, and only as necessary. Our current website service providers are Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery of enquiries), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot protection) and Upstash (rate limiting). Where a provider processes personal data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We share enquiries and related correspondence with the relevant Greenrock Cronus group companies so that they can respond; on receipt, those companies handle that information as controllers of their own records. We retain enquiry data no longer than necessary for the purposes above.

This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function. It does not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our bot-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the website from automated abuse; it is not used to track you across other websites. Should that change, we will update this policy and seek consent where required.
